Professional Zero-Turn Performance for Residential Lawn Care

The Husqvarna Z242F Special Edition combines premium engineering, commercial-grade durability, and user-friendly operation into one high-performance residential zero-turn mower. Designed for homeowners who want professional-quality mowing results, this machine delivers exceptional speed, maneuverability, and cutting precision while maintaining outstanding comfort during extended mowing sessions.

At the heart of the Z242F Special Edition is a 21.5 HP Kawasaki FR Series V-Twin engine, renowned for its dependable power, fuel efficiency, and smooth operation. Whether mowing large open lawns, landscaped gardens, or obstacle-filled properties, this heavy-duty engine provides consistent performance season after season.

The mower features Husqvarna’s durable 42-inch ClearCut™ fabricated steel cutting deck, constructed from heavy-duty 10-gauge steel for maximum durability and superior airflow. The advanced deck design lifts grass evenly for a cleaner, more uniform cut while reducing clumping and improving overall lawn appearance.

Its true zero-turn steering system allows operators to turn effortlessly around trees, flower beds, fences, and landscaping obstacles, dramatically reducing mowing time while eliminating unnecessary trimming work.

Supporting three cutting methods—side discharge, mulching, and rear bagging (bagger sold separately)—the Z242F easily adapts to changing lawn conditions throughout the year.

Designed for comfort, the mower features a high-back premium seat, ergonomic control levers, hydrostatic transmission, convenient cup holder, removable footplate for easy maintenance, and digital service reminders to keep your machine operating at peak performance.

Whether maintaining residential estates, acreage, or large private properties, the Husqvarna Z242F Special Edition offers the perfect balance of power, durability, precision, and operator comfort.
