These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the John Living website and online store (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. "John Living," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the business operating the Site from 14502 Allingham Ave, Norwalk, CA 90650. By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Using the Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
You won't transmit worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
We may refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason.

Products, descriptions, and pricing

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately, but we can't guarantee that the colors, sizes, or details you see on your screen exactly match the product you receive. Prices and availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities and may discontinue a product at any time. If a product or price is listed incorrectly, we may correct the error and, if necessary, cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price. If we've already charged you for a cancelled order, we'll refund you.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it, and we may decline or cancel any order, for example because of stock issues, suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or errors. You agree to give us current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it up to date. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processors. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout as required by law. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total, including shipping and taxes.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and you use them at your own risk.

Errors and omissions

From time to time, the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies about product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping times, or availability. We may correct these at any time without notice, including after you've placed an order, and we're not obligated to update information on the Site.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." Except for warranties that can't be excluded under applicable law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, John Living and its owners, employees, and service providers won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under the law that can't be waived.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless John Living and its owners, employees, and service providers from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms stay in effect until you or we end them. We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms. Any provision that by its nature should survive termination will survive.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and replace any earlier agreements. If we don't enforce a provision, that isn't a waiver of it.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@john-living.shop so we can try to resolve the issue informally. Any dispute we can't resolve that way will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when we post them on the Site, and your continued use of the Site means you accept them. Please check this page periodically.
