In the past 12 months, we may have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, address, phone number, IP address), commercial information (orders and purchase history), internet activity (browsing and interaction data), approximate location (from your IP address), and payment-related information handled by our processors. We collect and use them for the purposes described above, and we disclose them to the service providers and partners described above.

Sale and sharing. We don't sell personal information in exchange for money. However, some advertising and analytics tools we use, such as tracking pixels, may count as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. To opt out, email us at support@john-living.shop with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Where required by law, we also treat browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control as an opt-out request. We don't knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16.

How to make a request. Email support@john-living.shop or call (858) 834-1785. We'll verify your identity by matching the information you give us with what we have on file. You can also use an authorized agent, and we may ask for proof that they can act for you. We respond within 45 days and will tell you if we need up to 45 more days.

Other privacy rights

If you're in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with data protection laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy of it. We process personal information to perform our contract with you (fulfilling your order), for our legitimate interests (running and securing our store), to meet legal obligations, and, where you've agreed, for purposes such as marketing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Because we're based in the United States, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Children's privacy

The Site isn't directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
